Terms and Conditions:

1. Net 30 days payment if on open account, no early payment discount allowed.
   
   
2. FOB factory, freight shall be prepaid and billed to the customer as the default, unless you direct us to ship freight collect.
   
   
3. Returns are permitted on catalogue model number products only, involve a restocking fee of 30%, and must have a date code current within a year of the return date.
   
   
4. Semflex warrantees cable assemblies for 1-year and bulk cable for 3-years, to be free of defects related to workmanship or original quality. In any and all cases, product liability is limited to the sales value of the product Semflex sells.
